One of the most important exercises in Face Yoga is to lift your cheeks. When you lift your cheeks, you lift your entire face.
This half-day workshop targets saggy and chubby cheeks, jowls, wrinkles around the mouth, thin lips, and uneven smiles.
We will focus on exercises that lift the corners of your mouth, define, lift and volumize the cheeks and correct asymmetry.
Do you want to reduce the fine lines around your mouth? Then come and join this half-day workshop. We will speak about the key factors of the so-called “Smoker Lines” and learn about simple lifestyle changes and poses to decrease and prevent these unwanted wrinkles.

You will often experience pain in the body if exposed to ongoing stress. For many people, that manifest in the jaw. Tension in the lower facial muscles and teeth grinding are the leading cause of jaw pain.

This interactive course is live online. You can join us wherever you are, ask questions in real time, and meet like-minded people.
I will run this course over to Saturdays, each time for two hours, allowing you to practice the first set of exercises before we meet the following week.
I will give personal attention to each of you, correct your Face Yoga poses and share tips and tricks to get the optimum results.
