When I first discovered the Face Yoga Method, I did not know it would change my life. I was searching for a cure to heal a long-term neck problem when a friend told me she had finished the 28-day Face Yoga Method challenge for the jaw and neckline. She discovered it had changed her face with the bonus that it had healed her neck pain. That is when I got all ears and wanted to find out what this was all about.

Now, as a certified FYM teacher trained under Fumiko Takatsu, the founder of the Face Yoga Method, I am happy to say this was the beginning of a new life for me.

Having worked for many years as a physiotherapist at Neurology clinics and rehabilitation centers in Germany and being trained in several alternative healing methods like, for example, Breath Therapy*, Colorpuncture** and Eye Vision Improvement has given me a broad foundation to work with people on a deeper level.

All these modalities enhance Face Yoga and allow me to deliver the best, integrated solution for you to rejuvenate inside out and lift your face naturally.

*Breath Therapy, Knowing the breath, you know the secret of life! From native wisdom to spiritual practice, the breath is recognized as the fundamental force in existence. Specialized breathing techniques may bring about improvements in health, mental clarity and emotional well-being.

**Colorpuncture is a form of light therapy that addresses the root cause of illness and disease. Precisely targeted coloured light treatments are used on Acupuncture points and Reflex Zones to provide the cells with the information they need to heal.
