Can anybody practice Face Yoga?
Yes, it is for all ages and any gender. Everybody can practice it. Face Yoga exercises have a positive effect on your whole body. It is an excellent alternative if you cannot do any other physical activities because you can do it in a sitting position or even lying down.
When should I practice Face Yoga?
I recommended practicing twice daily—first thing in the morning and right before bed. The key to great results is consistency.
Face Yoga is a great way to wake up your facial muscles in the morning. We often press our face into the pillow overnight, and within a few minutes of practicing Face Yoga in the morning, you can reactivate the skin and facial muscles. Some of the poses you can practice during the day as a break between shores or appointments.
Face Yoga just before bed prepares you for a peaceful sleep. It relaxes not only the facial muscles but also the mind. Practicing Face Yoga before bed helps reset the muscles you use during the day.
How long does Face Yoga take to see results?
Some people see results right away, even after just one practice! However, it’s more common for people to see results around the 2-4 weeks mark. If you practice regularly, you will see continuous improvement from here on.
I recommend taking before/after pictures because you cannot measure the results with a tape measure. The effects on the face are at times subtle, but it is incredible what you will notice when you compare the photos.
Do I have to do all the Poses every day?
Follow my instructions and the written notes For the best results. However, if you have a specific area you want to improve, you can practice the poses designed to solve this problem more often.
Do a little practice every day instead of doing a long practice every once in a while.

My family members have double chins, it is genetic, can I still get results on my chin by practicing Face Yoga?
Yes, of course, you can.
A double chin is one of the easiest areas to change despite genetics. How your parents look might indicate what would happen if you don’t address the issue, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t change the way you look.
You can prevent the problem before it even manifests on your face.
I got a facelift and/or used Botox. Can I still practice Face Yoga?
Yes, you can. Face Yoga can be practiced and combined with other facial treatments. But remember that Botox suppresses muscle activity, so it can be hard to move the facial muscles right after the treatment.
Please stop the exercise and consult your physician if you feel extreme discomfort. Practicing Face Yoga may also cause injections and fillers to dissipate faster than not practicing Face Yoga. Always be well-hydrated when you practice Face Yoga.
I understand that it is important to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day, but I don’t like it, because I need to go to the bathroom so often. What can I do?
Try to drink warm water with a slice of lemon. Water flushes out toxins that help your skin become radiant and well-hydrated. if the water is warm/hot is easier to drink and doesn’t create the urge to go to the bathroom so often.
When you drink water, try not to drink a lot at once; instead, take sips throughout the day.
