Look younger naturally with Face Yoga! Face Yoga uses muscle exercises, conscious breathing and body poses to tighten, tone and lift your face naturally.
During this 4-week course, you will learn a set of exercises to smooth wrinkles, lift droopy eyelids, improve your eyesight, reduce double chins and define your jawline, which you can practice at home and easily integrate into your daily life.
Face yoga is a gentle process to rediscover your confidence, self-love and strength. It gives you tools to reshape your face in an entirely natural way.
We will meet in a relaxed atmosphere, which allows you to feel safe to talk about your facial areas of concern. I will introduce you to Face Yoga, explain and practice with you Face Yoga poses and share some essential lifestyle tips. By bringing awareness to your body, you will learn how to realign your neck and spine, which is followed by face yoga poses. The strengthening and stretching exercises for your face muscles do not only lift your face but also increase the blood circulation, remove toxins and transport nutrients to your skin, which may improve your complexion.
