When did you last paid attention to your body posture? We all spend lots of time looking down while texting, working on computers, reading books, etc., causing the neckline to droop. Frequently slouching or looking down weakens the chin and neck muscles.
Our posture changes the way our facial muscles work. Rounded shoulders create a saggy jawline, make the chest feel tight and influence your self-confidence. Good posture can reduce a double chin. Here is an excellent exercise to start changing the way you feel and look.

  1. I sleep upright in a chair every night. Does this cause my face to droop? My face seems to be losing volume.

    1. Hi Wanda, Thank you for your question. Gravity is constantly influencing our faces. Sleeping in a sitting position might cause your face to droop faster. If you do appropriate face yoga exercises, that should help to significantly slow down this process. Kindly, Vanamala
