Certified Face Yoga Method Teacher
When I discovered the Face Yoga Method, I didn’t know that it would change my life. I was searching for a cure to heal a long-term neck problem when a friend told me that she had finished the 28-day Face Yoga Method challenge for the jaw and neckline. She discovered that it had changed her face with the bonus that it had healed her neck pain. That’s when I got all ears and wanted to find out what this was all about.
Now, one and half year later, after having not only done several Face Yoga Method courses but also finished my certified FYM teacher training under Fumiko Takatsu, the founder of the Face Yoga Method, I am happy to say this was the beginning of a new life for me.
Having worked as a physiotherapist in the neurological sector for many years, and being trained in several alternative healing methods like for example Breath Therapy*, Colorpuncture** and Vision Improvement has given me a broad foundation to work with people on several levels.
All these modalities enhance the Face Yoga Method and allow me to deliver the best solution for you to rejuvenate inside out and lift your face.

After practising the eye exercises from the last eye workshop for the past few months, I went to my optometrist. He told me that my eyesight and the flexibility of my eyes had improved.
You deliver information in a clear, friendly and accessible way, making it easier to remember the steps involved in the exercises. I have noticed a difference since practicing the neck and jawline exercises. Even my husband has commented on how much “smoother” it looks.
I am looking into the mirror, and I am starting to love myself. I normally have low self-esteem, but now that is changing. Now, when I am in a bad mood, I can change that through practicing Face Yoga.
I so appreciate your teaching instruction and making sure we all had a good time as well. Looking forward to the next workshop … But the biggest joy for me is that I have great jaw function now and no pain.
