At Face Yoga Australia, my mission statement is to provide professional services in a relaxed atmosphere, which allows you to feel safe to talk about your facial areas of concern.
To show you new ways to reshape and lift your face naturally to make you feel beautiful and confident.
To reach out to your heart and spirit, encouraging you to nurture your inner beauty that will reflect on your face.

After practising the eye exercises from the last eye workshop for the past few months, I went to my optometrist. He told me that my eyesight and the flexibility of my eyes had improved.
You deliver information in a clear, friendly and accessible way, making it easier to remember the steps involved in the exercises. I have noticed a difference since practicing the neck and jawline exercises. Even my husband has commented on how much “smoother” it looks.
I am looking into the mirror, and I am starting to love myself. I normally have low self-esteem, but now that is changing. Now, when I am in a bad mood, I can change that through practicing Face Yoga.
I so appreciate your teaching instruction and making sure we all had a good time as well. Looking forward to the next workshop … But the biggest joy for me is that I have great jaw function now and no pain.
I much enjoyed and benefited from my sessions with Vanamala. She is a professional, committed teacher with great communication skills and a sense of humor.
Her Face Yoga sessions do not only ‘smoothen my creases’, they also make me laugh.
